SEVEN CHURCHES OF THE REVELATION TOUR FROM IZMIR
PROGRAM OF THE 3 DAYS ESCORTED COACH TOUR.
Day 1: Visit Saint Polycarp in SMYRNA (IZMIR) then, we drive to PERGAMON, visit ACROPOLIS, ASCLEPION and Red Basilica then drive to Akhisar, visit the remains of the church of THYATIRA. Return to Izmir. Overnight in Izmir.
Day 2: Departure to Ephesus. Visit Ephesus, Virgin Mary's house where spent her last days. Visit the Tomb of St. Luke and Basilica of Saint John. Continue to Pamukkale for diner & overnight.
Day 3: Early morning start with the tour of the ancient city of HIERAPOLIS, the theater and well preserved Necropolis. The seen the ancient city of LAODICEA, visit one of the seven churches and the remains of the Cathedral still exists. Continue to PHILADELPHIA to visit the scanty remains of the Cathedral. Visit SARDIS, capital of the ancient Lydia. See the Temple of Diana which later became a church, the Golden River (Pactolos) and the royal road. Continue to Izmir. Dinner and overnight.
